Hypochondriveracis, a word I've made up to describe a preoccupation with or worry about telling the truth. Watching news reports of politicians attempting to explicate their choices lived in the public eye brings this subject to the fore. It is safe to say that the vast majority of politicians aren't burdened with hypochondriveracis.
